The NEW car request thread!

With the flood of new vehicles out on the market and the considerable length of the old car request thread I felt it's time to start fresh with much less pages to sort through. This will be the ONLY car request thread and all others created will be promptly locked by yours truly.

This thread is not open for discussion or image posting. You need only list the cars you wish to see in the franchise. I make no gaurantees that the thread will be read by anyone. It's purpose is to give a single thread to search instead of multiple for those who make the vehicle licensing decisions.

A sample post should look something like this:

HEY!!! EA Torque You Gonna enforce your own rules this guy has like 7 hi-res pictures(at bottom of the list) you said no pics at the beginning of the thread his car selection must be ignored since he didn't follow the rules.......

If they fix the Controller Layout Options on xbox360 vers.

How do we skip the Firebird in just about every single racing game? Even Forza had to sneak it in with Downloadable Content.

damn the amount of people that want to see ferrari in the game is unreal, and for starters ferrari have their own licenced games and also Forza has the licence to put them in the game, and also i have a feeling that Ferrari Bosses dont want to see their cars wrecked and demolished to pieces.

I want the ability to Works convert the CCX into a CCXR & the F1 into a F1 GTR

We can Works convert the DB9 into a DBR9. (doesn't change the name of the car just makes it look like the other model.)

You'll notice a lack of japanese cars in my post. That's because we frankly have enough of them in the game. They're not necessarily ones I would have chosen but so what? Now if we had more super cars coming out of the pacific rim I'd have a list. As it is there's the Toyota Supra and the Honda NSX. Not much of a list.

In SHIFT there is a serious lack of American cars (first tier), and sport sedans throughout. I'm hoping for the following in DLC content.

u mean ccx to ccxgt.. which is a little less powerful but still amazing car, would no doubt handle alot better though with the rear wing and being lighter etc

f1gtr idea i back though..

slr mcaren to a brabus model maybe..?

I would put a Corvette ZR1 and Viper ARC.. but that would be redundant since the cars in the game are the same or better when tuned.

I was actually referring to the Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR in the list. i highlighted it in bold but it doenst seem to show real well.

Few Notes...

The Lamborghini Countach would seriously kick butt. It's not the best in performance but it is still seriously cool.

New Beetle coming out in the next few years. Still on the Golf platform. For those who love bug eyed cars.

There's only one M1 model and no Porsche Blackbird. The Blackbird is a fictional car from some Manga comic.

There's been a massive call for the return of the Supra. So I'd bet that it'll be in any DLC coming up.

Some Aussie cars would be quite nice.

Did you know that Italdesign's are Lamborghini's?

Classics are 25 years or older, Antiques are 50 years or older.

BUT i would like to see some more conversion's like the r34 skyline why cant we drift that??? i know its 4 wheel drive but what the heck you can change them to rear.

I'm a New Zealand MKIV Supra owner and I was shattered to hear that they could fathom cutting out the Toyota Supra. Why bring in cars like the 200sx and remove the Toyota Supra? (No hate on 200sx, just example). It isn't like the Supra is an old car, production ceased in 2002.5 so there is no reason at all that it should have been removed, it's not right. The Supra is arguably the king of Japan and definitely a legend in itself.

BRING THE 2JZ BACK! SUPRA IS KING.

see i go a different way... as probably one of the biggest fans of the need for speed. i hang out with people in college and people at work etc. we all agree that the muscle cars is were its at. ya we seen what happen with pro street that game could have went so much farther when you look at how it was designed... everyone likes open driving aka free roaming and that's definately what the new need for speed could use. and if you are a fan of story lines that is a big hit these days. a game that is judged by the decisions you make. a long thought out process of cars including some old goldies like the 32 ford roadster or a three window coupe. give them the credit they deserve. the classics being the 67 shelby gt 500 and the hemi cuda. oh wait do not forget the chevelle ss its a must. lets leave the track racing to forza and get back to the legacy of nfs. i see the next need for speed not taking a step into the future but back to the past building your car to your liking and pushing it to your limits. on the street drag the strip. its like i always say go big or go home

There can be special race modes, online and offline. There can be vs modes in the career. The cars of course won't be limited to being able to be used in the special races in the career. Never saw the fascination with motorcycles in a car racing game. The dynamics of riding a motorcycle are so different from driving a car, it's like apples to oranges. In a video game, there is no risk of death. Therefore there is no reason to drive a motorcycle normally. Racing a motorcycle is a very physical thing. Put that in a racing game and you just get unrealistic stupidity.

It'd be awesome to see some originals, some one-off supercars and some classics added. I can go play GT or Forza if I want 30 variants of the R43 skyline, bmw m3 or porsche 911... Some original cars would really increase the replayability. (I know some of these are still in a few other games but I couldn't help but add them )

The upgrades on them increase them their HP output but their car rating don't go up as much yet they smoke everything else i throw at them.. For instance the Gallardo for car rating 14 and the EVO for car rating 10, and he Murcielago for unrestricted.. That's messed up.. They should get less HP output since they have plenty more control and obviously in the game they get to put that power down to the wheels way better than cars in real life..

_ they need too add the dodge cummins old and new from 1992/2010 the old ones should smoke and the new ones in the game you can make them smoke customiz the intierior and the engine the ps3 can handle it easy it would be *!!!!
just some ideas i think would be cool and if the diesels smoked that would be awesome! The customization needs to be good like like where you can lift the trucks and totally customize the engine.
