After being loyal to the GT franchise I took a dabble outside it with race driver grid which was a breath of fresh air and I'm glad I stepped away from Gran turismo because I think it was more for looking at the pretty cars and scenery rather than actaul wheel to wheel racing which grid seemed to encapsulate so well.
Anyway, once I'd completed that and got miffed with the online idiots driving the wrong way around the track to ruin everyones fun, I saw the advert for NFS shift and I was gripped.
I bought it and from the first race I was hooked. My only critiscism would be sometimes when you nudge a car at high speed from behind is seems to effortlessly lift up over my car and take off?!! that aside I think it is the best and most complete racing simulator to date. Although I've completed the game and achived my driver level at 50, I'm now going back over the game to grab a few stars I mssed along the way.
Awesome game and I find it hard to see how it can be bettered but once again, EA have excelled themselves.

ive got my own ideas for the franchise, and i cant wait to discuss them. hopefully they should defuse this little battle we have between the street racers (undergoreund fans) police guys (MW fans) gearheads (shift fans) and the Gentleman drivers club (the old scholl ps1 fans) now, at heart, im one of the gentleman drivers, but, i still purchase the new ones. they still have enough supercars and countryside to keep me happy, its only in the early stages you are restrected to "d ghetto" after all, Thank god, and well, i lovwe the old muscle cars and the hot hatchbacks (wich, on carbon canyon at least, can even leave tuned supercars for dead sdespite being stock 200 horse models!)
plus, well, need for speed has always had that womderfull arcade flavour, wich i hope it never looses..

i look forward to a long and happy stay in this bath of petrol..

one thing though, i have aspergers syndrome, avarient of autism. so dont worry if i seem alittle bit weired, id also be very happy if you would be kind enough to treat me a little bit more gently, after all, its very unlikly i will distrespect anyone without prior reason, so i would like the same treatment back.

Now, anyone sees me post, they already know I'm not PC or XBox, and they know if on a PS3 playing Shift, and they can message me about races, reply to questions, etc., and they aren't wasting their time...

Here is the list of the games I played:

NFS Hot Pursuit 2 - I nearly got to end when I was 7or8, but it just automatically deleted T.T
NFS Underground - I started playing this about 9 or 10... I still don't think I finished it, but I got all the cars.
NFS Underground2- This game was really really good, only at first.... I'm at the end, but I can't beat the Street thingy.....
NFS Most Wanted - I'm still playing this game, and I can beat all races, but not police...
NFS Carbon - I'm never going to play this game ever. It was really good, but I got to end, and it just deleted by
itself......( I KNOW RIGHT?)
NFS Undercover - I love this game, and I'm finished, but one thing. My game is on PS2, and there are no good cars,
only old ones, and I don't get to post on this place.... JUST BECAUSE MY CONSOLE IS PS2!! :cry:
NFS Shift - And I'm planning to buy this for my PC.. Since I really don't think I need to buy PS3 just yet.. But
I really loved it after playing the Demo!!
