				<title>Need For Speed Shift (V1.02 lacks performance, stability, fun, and still no trackIR support), READ.</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ These issues are extremely frustrating and aggravating. If EA is going to put their name on a product, farm out the work to slightly mad studios, then celebrate 9 figure sales on the Need for Speed title. Then they need to pull they're pants up, get with the times and stop allowing products that are far from ready to be released. I apologize for the rant, but this is ridiculous. I'm actually extremely thankful that they have competition now against codemasters, and guess what? As far as game playability, stability, platform variations, trackIR support, plain and simple... everything that makes the game work and function is 5X better. <br />  <br /> Now don't get me wrong, when I was first miss led into purchasing this game in its release. I was thrilled to see that they had amazing world famous tracks like (Nordschleife) and the list of tracks is impressive. Also being able to fully customize your car and tune it is attractive as well. To bad these features are rubbish and work poorly still, even after the latest patch V1.02 .<br />  <br /> If you watch the trailer of this game it shows a really impressive inside view with the driver able to view around (as if they were using trackIR). That too is not the case, yet you would assume it with games GRID, dirt, rfactor, ect... all supporting trackIR. I've had it now for 3 years, its old news isn't it?? Wake up people!! <br />  <br /> So they make a game that wants to look good but make it run like like crap. Sure my system is going on 4 yrs old, but can your new one benchmark 3D 06 score in the low 20,000 area? I'm sure lots out there can, and even more could if they new how to get the most of they're hardware. Fact is I think they rushed that part, and it still needs a lot of attention.  <br />  <br /> Further more, on the back of the game case it asks "what KIND of DRIVER are YOU"? Well it's actually hard to find out when your continuously getting rammed, break checked, boxed in, side swiped, rear ended, run off the track to avoid trading paint and held up. Don't worry about being held up though, the A.I. drivers (artificial in game racers with no intelligence), will let you catch up and have no proper or consistent pace. So its zero challenge to win, and really is a joke. It seems as if the A.I. only want to make you trade paint, destroy your car (but don’t worry, your rewarded for driving like a * in stead of being punished), and wrecking your car on full damage really don’t change the physics of the cars handling (its bad and inconsistent to begin with) or put you out of the race like it should. The part that sucks is for the people who enjoy proper competitive racing, you get punished.<br />  <br /> So you manage to have a clean race, that’s awesome and it's actually much harder avoiding the stupid A.I. then wining the race. Now you want to see the race on the replay because you made some excellent overtaking moves in your white car that shows up black at the beginning of the race when it first loaded.<br />  <br /> Replay starts and now you have no trunk or hood, YA that's cool to watch isn't it!!?? At least you get a laugh at watching cars that shouldn’t even be staged against you, able to achieve performance levels past works cars for breaking, cornering and accelerating, (like a 67 mustang with no wheel and tire upgrades ect. which is the most visible). Out breaking your works car while trying to hit you from behind. Then still holding the corner, cutting it tighter to get in front of you while at your works cars maximum, then break checking you at the apex for no reason. On top of that the A.I. was a full straightaway behind you last corner.<br />  <br /> Ok, so I don't use any driver aids and play in pro mode, I have the A.I. on hard, and the first hot lap competition I entered after only playing the game for 3 weeks held buy the race department forum (which I strongly recommend you check out), I won. Brands hatch GP, BMW M3 with my posted time of 1:25.060 and my back up time was 1:24.893 in case anyone beat my 1:25 . Then I decided to change my operating system to Win 7 x 64 bit ultimate and never got into the next hot lap competition which I picked. Boooooo, I know, but I had to start this dam game from scratch because I wanted a completely clean install for everything. That should of helped V1.02 you'd think? piffffff.<br />  <br /> Lets keep on the back of the game case, CONTROL. It states "Unrivalled in-car experience and physics deliver the sever G-forces, bumps and impact of being behind the wheel of a race car".  Well that’s a big croc of ............ say what you like. Its unrivalled, it’s the only racing game of its type with no trackIR. so throw your experience potential out the window. Good thing the physics are still inconsistent too along with car characteristics because if you did feel the "impact" of the A.I., you would have broken wrists after the first 3 lap race. Yaaaaa, only 3 laps, how fun, can't wait, Yep-pee Skippy!!!<br />  <br /> Now lets get to RACE. It states "build your unique Driver Profile. Will you be feared or respected"? My profile is precession, I am certainly not respected by the AI and they surely don't fear me hitting them no matter how hard they try to make me hit them. Believe me when I say they try really freaking hard! So what with all this bull?? People reading this should get a pen an paper to remind themselves what a 9 figure number looks like. Then put a dollar sign in front of it and have your heart attack, because in Canada I paid $70.00 before tax to beta test this extremely frustrating and unchallenging abortion, full of unnecessary performance killing crap that this NEED FOR SPEED GAMING ENGINE CANT HANDLE!! <br />  <br /> Here is a list of more stuff to look into, and everyone who took the time to read this please add to things I may have missed.<br />  <br /> View and replay:<br />  <br /> - trackIR support!!<br /> - missing trunks and hoods on you car at the beginning of replay<br /> - game some times starts off staging for the race, stuck looking onto the front windscreen across passenger side, above angle, and unable to change view, and race starts while looking backwards.<br /> - the car you painted red, blue, green, orange, yellow any and every color or type i.e.. gloss, metallic, pearl, ect. Shows up black at any given race more then half the time. <br />  <br /> Menu and related options:<br />  <br /> - Motion blur will not turn off, go low ect.. That is a waste of your engines ability to function, so lose it or make the option work to improve all around function and game play.<br /> - The way your AA setting talks to the GPU's is in alien still when using the application controlled setting in Nvidia control panel, and yes all recommended setting are applied in the panel with the exe.. SLI isn't new guys so please if you could, utilize it efficiently like everyone else.      <br /> - This is a option I highly recommend you add to improve all around game performance as a quick fix. An option to remove track side clutter, i.e. the fair and rides, gliders, air planes, ect. and have it also slows down the crowd frequency of erratic movement. It all looks great but I have noticed performance losses on multiple computers. So if the menu option has the ability to have it set up to offer the option of full, med, low, none. That would make a considerable improvement for many people out there. Plus make the A.I. work better once we get to that part.<br /> - Add an AI option to the menu that is either aggressive or precise. The player get to choose and the amount of difficulty that can be changed in the existing menu. This seems not to be recognized at all in the current or previous versions of this game. <br /> - consistency levels for the AI should be revamped with the difficulty to keep the game challenging (I.e. if you’re a precise driver, you make a mistake or damage your car because of your own fault. Then the AI should keep going!! Plain and simple, you make up the time fair and square or you lose! If the 10 yr. kid don't like it because they lost, then they can play on aggressive, smash they're way to the front going into the first turn and play by themselves, IM THE ONE WITH THE MONEY, NOT HIM!! Think about that, because when its time to buy, I'll start looking at who made it. <br /> - bloom, put in a option to use it or lose it.<br /> - In car shake and motion blur, wait think I mentioned that..... lose it too. Its a waist of the games performance and looks fake which is killing something I feel has potential.<br />  <br /> AI:<br />  <br /> - a lots all ready been mentioned about the AI. Its absolutely ridiculous and all needs to be fixed!<br /> - no constancy except for break checking and smashing into you.<br /> - AI physics for each car is out to lunch <br /> - If AI are tiered up with you they should perform with the equipment they have to show and no more. <br /> - if AI spin off the track, hit the wall. They shouldn’t be able to come back, catch up and try to ruin your race even though they are in less a car, while your setting lap record times.<br />  <br /> This list is big and theirs more to it, but really small compared to what already was fixed and and or kind or tinkered with. Its just coming down to me having already wasted to much time on it and not getting to enjoy it. This has a chance to be a benchmark for racing games and it really kills me to see it this way. I guess with this game being DX9 and we are coming into DX11 you may not care because you already have the cash. But gee-wiz man, if you can get a DX9 platform to run right after its been out for how many years?? I wont bother with anything else from EA, S.M.S., unless you can prove to me I'm wrong   <br />  <br /> Thanks for the free muscle cars in V1.02, now please get to work on fixing this game. That will be the only way to butter me of anyone up.]]></description>

				<title>New Need For Speed Undercover Patch Needed Please!!!!!!!!!</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ [b]New patch[/b] for [b]UNDERCOVER[/b] is needed to address these issues and others.....<br /> <br /> <br /> -When you hit something (wall, anouther car, ect) your car and the other car dont get any damage about 90% of the time unless you activate speedbreaker before impact  (When damage is set to full)<br /> <br /> -When you minimize the game then maximize it again the cars become immobile. They will not move at all until you quit and reload the game.<br /> <br /> -Cops are stupid....I noticed in certain events that the cops wont chase you. You can stop where they can see you and they wont come after you. They stay in one spot and keep on ramming into the wall.<br /> <br /> -Antialiasing X4, and X6 do not work. Only X2 works....<br /> <br /> -Some weird graphical distortion....Before the countdown for a race the cars body panels are floating above the car. Traffic cars are seen flying off the ground  (very rare), and certain coarses have a hard time loading up. <br /> <br /> -The super speed glitch<br /> <br /> -While being chased by the cops during a race the orange finish line indicator on the map will get stuck in one place and the coarse is not highlighted on the map<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> There are quite a few more issues still to be announced....<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ]]></description>
