and as a tampa fan this year idk if you should say anything about anyother team.
Ha, well im not making fun of a team thats better then me am I?
Im not saying record, im saying player wize, we would beat you easy at home or away.
Its one game, and we barley lost to Dallas, Carolina, and Miami games.
Asomugha is better than every player on tampa combined
Seymour better than any d lineman, morrison better than any linebacker, miller better than any tight end
and bucs have better #2 corner in Talib
better o-line
better 3rd string qb than the raiders have #1
better rb
and no, the bucs have a really good MLB
they also have really good S
Better DT's IMO (yalls are overrated)
Better #1reciever, and wr core as a whole
and i agree about the TE i really like Miller, but its not like Winslow sucks
....sorry to but in, but you name like 5 guys better than a few, and all three of our teams suck, but 2 of the three have potential

the only thing holding the raiders back is management and coaching. same with my favorite nba team GSW.
but with a better coaching staff oakland could be a lot better, even russell

DHB would probably be a good receiver on the Ravens or something. You know, a team that lets you develop talent instead of shoving you in the game and expecting you to get 1600 receiving yards.
Peyton also threw 26 touchdowns with his 28 picks, right? That's not that bad.
Ryan Leaf is worse than Russell. Russell could get better. He's only played 1 and a half seasons, at most.

not in this thread but many people on this forum have said russell is a bigger bust than leaf. leaf will always be bigger look at the other qb in his class, peyton manning the best qb ever imo. brady quinn is the other qb in russell's class and he sucks too

Im sorry but russell is and will remain a bust. Not becuz of the talent around him, its his attitude.I dont remember which game it was but after the game (ended up in raiders loss) media asked russell if he should be blamed for the loss and he straight up said no he didnt think it was him.Im sorry but wtf kind of team mate cant even man up when he plays like c*** and says its someone elses fault.Thats why hes a bust and will probley stay one forever.Even the raiders admit hes the last one in and first one out and as much improvement as he needs hes gunna stay a mediocre player with that kind of work ethic.I agree they need a better coaching staff but he alone decides how good he wants to be and how much work hes willing to put in but so far only thing he has proved is hes a lazy bum that doesnt have a bright future in football.

well dorsey hasent turned out the way the chiefs wanted him too so i would've took dmc as well
Coming iinto the draft there were not many knocks on Dorsey apart from a leg injury. At KC he is out of position playing DE in the Chiefs 3-4 but he is playing pretty decent. DMF was not seen as a three down HB which but with nice phsyical abillties. Fargas was good enough for the Raiders they had much bigger needs than runningback. What i am saying is even at the time it looked like a bad pick. Dorsey was the Aaron Curry of that draft. A guy that many thought had a limited downside.

Has Dorsey actually been playing well in KC? I haven't heard anything about him in the past two years, but I didn't know if that was because he was playing poorly, or if it was just because he was playing for the Chiefs.
And I never really understood the McFadden pick either. Weren't the Raiders somewhere around the top five in total rushing yardage when they took him? And for a guy so obsessed with speed, why didn't Al Davis take Chris Johnson ahead of McFadden?

Goldenstate, If the Raiders would hire a coach with experience unlike Al Davis has been doing. Hire shanahan, maybe go back with gruden, then you could train J.Marc, or Gradcowski or trade for a new QB and once when you have a good QB, DHB will do a hella alot better. You need a QB to be a WR.
J.Marc is a bust.
DHB, will be; if he doesent get a new QB.
